福岡藩の本道（内科）医・鶴原家に伝来した脈診の秘訣を記した覚書。作者の「雖知苦戸」「盍静翁」は、戦国時代から安土桃山時代にかけて活躍した医師・曲直瀬道三の別名。鶴原鴈林は、福岡藩3代藩主・黒田光之に侍医として仕え、光之の死に際して、その最後まで診療にあたった。〔第37回新収蔵品展〕
