福岡の女流歌人・野村望東尼（1806-1867)が自詠歌を色紙に揮毫したもの。家集『向陵集』の44番目に採録された一首である。望東尼は幕末の勤王派弾圧事件で流刑に処されたことでも知られ、本資料の箱書を「望東会〃長」で第25代福岡市長を務めた進藤一馬がしたためている。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
