EPAD collects performing arts videos and supports rights handling to promote the wide utilization of performing arts videos as content. Missions of EPAD are following; (1) Create new business matching opportunities for audiences and creators. (2) To contribute to the securing of a sustainable revenue base by lowering the hurdles to the distribution of performing arts videos through support for rights handling. (3) Standardize the preservation and utilization of performing arts video in Japan.
