Description
伊那谷では古くから昆虫食の文化が根付いているが、その原点は貴重な蛋白源の確保にある。主として食用で秋の味覚を彩るのがスガレと呼ばれる地蜂（クロスズメバチ）の一種であり、巣を見つける方法がユニークで「スガレ追い」などと呼ばれている。ざざ虫は天竜川の浅瀬に住むカワゲラ、カワトビケラなどの幼虫で、12月から２月の間、四つ手網を用いて行う独特のざざ虫漁は天竜川の冬の風物詩である。
