Description
前川公民館提供。龕屋跡。 葬儀の際に棺を入れて墓まで運ぶ、屋形の担ぎ輿を龕（がん）という。 龕は普段は龕屋に保管されていた。 明治30年代、前川村のシーサーと糸数村の龕一式を交換し、前川村も龕を所有するようになった。 当時は、龕を所有していない周辺地域に龕を貸し出すことも多かった。
