Description

This wort kettle was used at Sapporo Factory 2 of Sapporo Breweries Limited. The process of boiling wort for brewing preparation has a great impact on the taste and aroma of beer. By adding hops to the kettle, the desired bitterness and aroma are achieved. This kettle was used from 1966 to 2003, during which time Sapporo Factory 2 was in operation.
