This section features the period of transition from state to private enterprise. Exhibits include reproductions of beer bottles after the government-managed beer business was privatized and documents regarding the privatization. Exhibits also include those about the introduction of a new technology—pasteurization (heat treatment) of beer—as well as engineers who supported beer brewing.
