佐賀県師範学校（佐賀大学教育学部の前身のひとつ）の島村吉門が作曲、福岡県師範学校（福岡教育大学の前身のひとつ）の山下房吉が歌詞の校閲を担当した糸島郡の歌。郡内の町村や官公庁、学校をはじめ、山や河川、寺社、名勝などを歌詞に取り入れる。〔第37回新収蔵品展〕
