上月隈小学校（現・月隈小学校 博多区）簡易科1年生の成績表。明治19年の小学校令で、就学率を高めるために、3年制で4教科（読方・作文・習字・算術）のみの簡易科の設置が認められたが、就学率は好転せず児童の向学心を挫くとして、23年の小学校令改正で簡易科は廃止された。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
