席田尋常小学校の日誌。学校での出来事を簡潔に記録している。明治29年（1896）から34年は元日から記述が始まるのに対し、明治42年度からは4月始まりの記載。福岡の小学校では明治21年以降、学年は4月始まりに定まったが、文部省が4月始まりを明文化したのは明治33年のこと。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
