Description
博多区月隈三丁目にある疫除神社に桜の木を寄附した人の名簿の写し。この神社は、明治初年の「悪疫流行」に際し、有志が乙丸八幡神社（飯塚市 別名・疫神社）に参籠して勧請した。後半の記述は欠損しているが、明治33年（1900）・34年のコレラ流行の際も人びとに注目された神社らしい。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
