博多祇園山笠のポスターには、例年、前年の1 番山（舁き山笠）の写真が使われる。令和2 年は新型コロナウイルス感染症対策で延期、櫛田神社の飾り山笠のみ公開された。翌3 年は飾り山笠（12 か所）と神事のみ執り行われた。よって本資料には櫛田神社の飾り山笠が使われている。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
