本資料は、酒造が配布した暦付きの引札。左に支那暦（旧暦）、右に太陽暦が印刷されている。上田醸造場は、享保年間（1716-1736）に糸島で酒造業をはじめたとされ、少なくとも大正時代後期には西唐人町（中央区黒門もしくは唐人町）に転居し営業していた。昭和20年代に廃業した。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
