衆議院の戦時議会を記念して発行された絵はがき。明治27年（1894）8月に日清戦争が始まると、広島に大本営が置かれた。明治天皇や政府の関係者が広島に滞在するため、衆議院・貴族院からなる帝国議会も広島で開催されることになった。臨時の議事堂は10月14日に完成した。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
