Description
江戸時代初期から百道松原に鎮座した紅葉八幡宮は、明治43年（1910）の北筑軌道開通後、境内を電車が横断するようになったため、大正2年（1913）に高取（早良区）に遷座した。この写真は、新たに建造した鳥居の前での撮影されたもので、関係者や付近の住民が写っていると思われる。〔第36回新収蔵品展〕
