ウニの中身を選別する道具。ガゼはウニのこと。ガゼエグリ（匙）で掻きだし、ガゼユリモン（篩）に入れると食用となる生殖巣（精巣と卵巣）が残る仕組み。竹製ガゼユリモンは現在ほぼ使用されていない。玄界島はウニ漁獲量が多い地域のひとつ。8 月の一定期間のみ海女（女性アマ）によるウニ漁が行われる。〔No.512 島とくらし―玄界島―〕
