雪のつもる富士山に、注連縄や門松を飾る家を描く。正月風景だ。若松を背の高い葉つきの竹とともに土に直接植えた門松は、江戸や福岡の形ではなさそうだ。江戸詰の絵師として全国諸藩と付き合いのあった洞秀だからこそ描けたものかもしれない。〔No.616 石里洞秀〕
