Description

1970年代(推定)　新潟県もち米とうるち米の粉を半々ぐらい、それにヨモギの葉を混ぜ合わせてつき上げたものを皮とし、中に小豆あんを入れ、笹の葉に包んでイグサでしばったものを蒸し上げる。保存ができ、夏でも四、五日、日持ちする。(「越後路の四季いまむかし」70項)
