Description
明治25年（1892）6月14日付の遺言状。吉村新七（黙阿弥）から長女の「吉村いと」へ宛てたもの（「保証人」は黙阿弥の妻「伊藤こと」）。「狂言正本」「版権登録証」「版本写本雑書」が正式に相続譲渡されることがしたためられている。作者としての財産である正本や版権登録証を譲ることは、作者の家の後継であることの最たる証といえる。
