Description
猿住山真福寺伝来の仏像である。 廃寺跡の堂内に安置される本像は、像高96.5センチメートルの等身大座像で、桧材の一木で造られている。 像容全体に平安時代後期特有の温雅な作風がみられ、二重円光ともども県内における平安時代屈指の佳作である。平成23・24年度に修復を行った。
