<p>根付とは、印籠など小物入れを腰から下げるときに用いる留め具です。使用者の趣味をアピールする装身具の一つでもあり、人の目をひく素材やデザインにさまざまな趣向が凝らされました。十二支の中の動物は着用者の干支を表わすためか、根付によく見られる主題です。<br />（2025年初もうで展）</p>
