嘉永2年成立、同3年写。図者は小嶋巌、高木多右衛門、文字は小林和平治。余白に、嘉永2年9月、幕府が海岸防備のため沿岸諸藩に対して発した海岸取調べの命令に応じて作成した地図の控であることを記す。鳥羽藩では、まず1村限の切絵図を作り、以前提出した「中図」に追記して上呈したが、本図は後年の参考用に切絵図自体を集成して「大図」1紙にしたもの。郡境、海陸道、村々海陸里数（鳥羽城まで）、台場、水深を記す。
