This is a public facility in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, where people of all ages—from children to seniors—can enjoy learning about ICT. We offer hands-on programs covering a wide range of topics, from basic computer and smartphone operation to the latest digital technologies. The facility is also equipped with fabrication tools such as 3D printers and laser cutters for creative making. In addition, we are promoting a “Digital Archive of Regional Images Project,” which aims to collect, preserve, and utilize photographs and recorded videos remaining in the region as valuable “cultural assets” that capture the history and different eras of the region.
