Description
津波古出身。『津波古字誌』(2012年)によると、津波は昭和13年に沖縄県巡査部長となり、18年に軍属として海南島へ出兵。昭和22年からは津波古区長として、戦争で荒廃した字の再建に尽力した。その後、村議会議員や議長をつとめたのち、昭和29年に14代村長に就任した。
