戸隠そば戸隠そば

Description

有名なそばどころ、長野県戸隠。戸隠にそばを伝えたのは、平安時代の修行僧だといわれています。お寺のしきたりを書いた江戸時代の文書には、祭事がある毎に、そばを供え、集まった信者たちに振る舞うように書かれています。今でも戸隠の宿坊では、そばを振る舞う慣わしが守られています。
