古くから紅葉の名所として親しまれている京都・嵐山。毎年１１月には、渡月橋付近で「嵐山もみじ祭」が催されます。もみじの美しさを讃え、感謝する行事で、能楽、舞楽など数々の芸能が、王朝絵巻さながらに繰り広げられます。
