Description

長野県長野市の豊野駅から新潟県長岡市の越後川口駅を結ぶＪＲ東日本の鉄道路線です。長野県内では千曲川、新潟県内に入ると千曲川から名を変えた信濃川に沿って日本有数の豪雪地域を走ります。沿線には野沢温泉などの温泉地やスキー場が多くあります。
