野口が付した紙札に「鶴亀熨斗目+のしめ+松竹梅」とある。ここで言う「熨斗目」とは、身頃の中央、袖にかけて横一文字の段になるよう、松竹梅で埋め尽くした模様の区画を指している。こうした模様配置は、天明5年(1785)の雛形本『当世都雛形+とうせいみやこひながた+』にもいくつか見られる。(高木結美氏執筆)
