Description
鞘は黒漆塗の面に浜松や龍の文様を彫って、金箔か金粉を摺込む沈金の技法を用いていて、きわめて珍しい。祭礼用の作品であった可能性が考えられる。高野山に伝来し、天保7年(1836)に、老中水野忠邦の命によって古面や樂装束類とともに江戸にもたらされた。
