穏やかな笑みを浮かべ、右手を挙げて立つ人物像。頭髪は髻＋もとどり＋にして頭巾＋ときん＋で包み、胸元を大きくはだけた着衣から痩せた体躯を見せるため、本来は仙人などの道教像だったとみられます。キリシタンのなかでは、何らかの聖人として信仰されていたものかもしれません。
