『本朝文粋』は、藤原明衡(あきひら)が11世紀に名家の漢詩文427編を集めたもの。巻第13は願文(がんもん)を収録し、よく活用された。本巻は巻首をやや欠くが、全文一筆で正安元年（1299）に書写された。また本文中には同時期に付けられた仮名や訓点なども見られる。
