『名所江戸百景』は、広重最大の名所揃物です。広重の晩年安政３年（1856）に制作がはじまり、没後に追加された二代広重の作品を含めて119枚の揃いとして完結しました。描かれているのは雪の朝の日本橋。日本橋越しに江戸城と富士山を望む江戸の象徴的な景色です。
