Description
A woman, having just left the bath, meets a mother cuddling her child outside. On a closer look, the child wears a protective charm and a small amulet written with an address in case he gets lost. This print is part of a series by Kiyonaga (1752–1815) that portrays the daily lives of women from all walks of life.
