Description
黙阿弥自筆の台本。執筆担当部分の検閲用「上げ本（伺い本）」であり、複数の検閲印が押されている。表紙に「當ル狂言 十六夜清心 第弐番目序幕 稲瀬川百本杭の場 同西河岸白魚舩の場」そして清元連中による「浄瑠璃 梅柳中霜月」と記載される。外題の下に他の題名らしき筆の跡とそれへ上より紙を貼って訂正したらしい様子が見え、当初は別の題も考案され、変更したものか。「十六夜清心」の本名題は『小袖曾我薊色縫』、安政6年（1859）2月、市村座にて初演。
