最晩年の黙阿弥の姿。写真の裏に「大日本東京／浅草吾妻橋際写真師／待乳園／中嶋精一」と写真館の広告、そして筆書きで「父七十八才没」、万年筆の文字で「故古河黙阿弥翁」とある。喜寿の際に撮影したうちの一枚か。
