金銅製、二本足の簪である。桜を金銅板と珊瑚玉の鋲止めで飾りとしている。花柳章太郎（1894～1965）の旧蔵品で平成15年（2003）に遺族の青山久仁子氏より国立劇場へ寄贈された。
