二本足の真鍮製銀色絵の簪で、「隅立角に蔦紋」を透彫と毛彫で表している。花柳章太郎（1894～1965）の旧蔵品で平成15年（2003）に遺族の青山久仁子氏より国立劇場へ寄贈された。
