隈：隈取ではなく一般的な歌舞伎化粧。役者：十五代目市村羽左衛門。役名：『音羽嶽闇争』天明夜叉太郎。「だんまり」は「暗闘」とも書き、また「動く錦絵」とも称される。一座の主な役者が登場し、暗闇のなか台詞は一切なく無言で手探りしながら、動き回るだけの芝居。無言の動きだからこそ、役者の芸容の大小等がリアルに伝わる。添書：「昭和十年三月／五代目菊五郎追善興行之際／だんまりの夜叉太郎に扮して」。署名：「市村羽左衛門（朱印）可江」。
