大正3年（1914）に発売されたという伊東屋オリジナルのロメオ万年筆は14金のペン先、独特の丸みを帯びたデザインは流行のアール・デコ風。ただし、発売時のカタログに掲載された3種類のロメオ万年筆はどれももっと細身で、軸に幾何学模様が入っているものが多かったから、特注して作らせたものかもしれない。
