銀製金色絵、二本足（足は後補）の簪である。薔薇の蕊や蕾に珊瑚を鋲止めしている。花柳章太郎（1894～1965）の旧蔵品で平成15年（2003）に遺族の青山久仁子氏より国立劇場へ寄贈された。
