金銅製、二本足の簪。赤銅製金色絵の枝葉と銀板を細工した花で桜花を差込式で取り付ける。花柳章太郎（1894～1965）の旧蔵品で平成15年（2003）に遺族の青山久仁子氏より国立劇場へ寄贈された。
