河竹繁俊と知己のあった「鳶魚山人」こと三田村鳶魚の書。箱の蓋裏には河竹繁俊の筆がある。依頼して書かせたものだろうか。「庚午秋日出贈」とあり、制作は昭和5年（1930）秋とみられる。
