Description
抹茶碗の高台（焼物の器体を支える台）の周囲に葉を連ねた形の意匠があり、高台内には星型の陽刻が施されている。箱書に「楽 吉左衛門 焼」とあり、十四代目楽吉左衛門のもとで制作したもの。楽吉左衛門は楽焼の家元で、千家の茶道具を整える千家十職の一つ。 花柳章太郎（1894～1965）の旧蔵品で平成10年（1998）に遺族の青山久仁子氏より国立劇場へ寄贈された。
