明治28年（1895）4月24日付の遺言状。「故吉村新七（黙阿弥）妻」である「伊藤こと」より、黙阿弥の実家稼業と代々伝わる名を継いだ長男（幼名は市太郎）の「吉村勘兵衛」と長女の「吉村いと」に宛てたもの。
