Access information properties and Source information properties

This property consists of information in a structured form on the provision of and access to the content.

It includes the following sub-properties. The number shown in the square brackets [] indicates the number of occurrences within a single jps:accessInfo property .

rdf:type

The value is type:アクセス情報 (Access Information). It indicates that the structured information is regarding access to the content. ([1])

schema:provider

Represents the person, organization, or service that provides public access to the content and publishes information related to the content. There may be more than one provider, such as when the providers of the content and its digitized version are different. (URI defined in Japan Search [1-n])

schema:itemLocation

When information on the location of the provider of the content (schema:provider) is available, the normalized value is provided at the country or prefecture level. (URI [1], type:Place)

jps:contentHolder

The agent which possesses the content is provided. This sub-property is used when the content holder is different from its provider (schema:provider). (URI defined in Japan Search [1-n])

schema:url

A link to the page where an introduction to or information on access to the described content is provided. (URI [0-n])

schema:relatedLink

A link to the page where the described content is referred to as part of a whole content (i.e. list of contents) is provided. (URI [0-n])

schema:associatedMedia

When the described content is recorded as digital media, such as images, audio files, or video files, the media is provided as a value of this sub-property. The value is represented as a resource of schema:MediaObject type. When the individual media is licensed, this property will have another sub-property (schema:license). When multiple media associated with a single content are given a common license, it is provided as a value of the schema:license property (to be explained later). (URI [0-n])

rdfs:seeAlso

A resource that may act as a substitute to the access to the described content itself is provided, such as the same content recorded in a different format. (URI [0-n])

schema:license

Information on the license of the described content, such as the terms of use determined by the content holder or provider of a digital image, is provided as a value of this property. The URI for the license information is the subject, which is associated with explanations, the URI of the corresponding Creative Commons license, etc. in a structured form. When the described content consists of multiple media, each having license information, the schema:associatedMedia property will have the schema:license sub-property. (URI [0-n])

schema:usageInfo

Contains of a link to the URL of the provider's own terms of use page that is not a standard license.（URI [0-n]）

jps:contentRights

Description on the rights of the content is provided, such as information on the status and holder of copyright. (Literal [0-n])

jps:contentId

Identifiers that are allocated by the provider or owner for the management of the described content are provided. (Literal [0-n])

schema:description

Of the information included in the source data, supplementary information that does not fit the above sub-properties is provided. (Literal [0-n])

It includes the following sub-properties. The number shown in square brackets [] indicates the number of occurrences within one jps:sourceInfo property.

rdf:type

The value is type:ソース情報 (Source Information). It indicates that the structured information is regarding the source data and their provider. ([1])

schema:provider

Represents the person, organization, or service that provided the source data. (URI defined in Japan Search [1])

schema:contributor

When the provider of the source data (jps:sourceInfo/schema:provider) is a service, the party that is not the organization which provides the service (jps:sourceInfo/schema:sourceOrganization) but contributes to the source data in a different form. (URI [0-1])

schema:url

A link to the page where the information on the content is made available by the provider of the source data. (URI [0-n])

jps:sourceData

The URI of the source data stored within the Japan Search in JSON format. (URI [1])

schema:relatedLink

A link to the page within Japan Search where the metadata of the described content is provided. (URI [0-n])

rdfs:seeAlso

When the source data is provided in RDF format, its URI is provided. (URI [0-n])

schema:description

Of the information included in the source data, supplementary information that does not fit the above sub-properties is provided. (Literal [0-n])

schema:dateModified

The date when the source data was last modified is provided. When the last modified date is unavailable, the date when the content was included in Japan Search is provided. (Literal [1])

The name of the provider. (Literal [1])

schema:name

Variations of names of the provider. Language tags are used to identify transcriptions in Japanese characters and other languages. (Literal [1-n])

schema:sourceOrganization

When the provider of the source data (jps:sourceInfo/schema:provider) is a service, the organization which provides the service is represented. (URI [0-1])

The URI of the digital images, audio files, video files, etc. of the described content is provided in this property.

It includes the following sub-properties. The number shown in square brackets [] indicates the number of occurrences within a single schema:associatedMedia property.

rdf:type

The type of the media object. (URI [0-n])

schema:license

The URI for the license of the digital image, audio file video file, etc. of the content is represented.
